here-theycome: This is half of our team. I don’t know where to begin. We’ve shared blood, sweat and tears. I remember my first week of practice thinking, damn how do they do this? I remember contemplating ever coming back, and I did. Every day of every week. I stuck with it through my family issues, homework, breakdowns and ulcer. I love this team so much and I’m going to miss the seniors that are leaving. Everyone says how it’s not a team sport, but it really is. We work together, play together and win together. We went into Jr ROPSSAA with last years championships on our back, and left taking the title back with us. It really is an amazing feeling having your hand lifted in the air. It’s an even better feeling knowing that your team, your family, is waiting there to help make you a better wrestler. I can’t believe the season is pretty much over, and I can’t believe I’m a part of something so amazing. I miss this. :/
